LeConte Hall, west entrance lobby

Physics 111 students explain how to build electrical circuits, program computers to control their experiments, trap atoms at ultra-low temperatures, and use laser tweezers to measure piconewton forces. This course encourages students to apply their theoretical understanding to real-world problems and, in the process, become innovators and problem-solvers. Tours leave at 1:15 and 2:15 pm.
